OUR IMPACT WILL BE GREATER WITH YOUR SUPPORT

«Alduna» is an association created to provide free access to yoga for our youth around the world. Our goal is to humbly share the power of yoga to integrate our youth as valuable members into society who take responsibility for their own actions.

We just started our fundraising campaign on Generosity. Please sponsor yoga classes and mats for our youth around the world now. We rely on sponsors and donations to teach yoga in as many schools as possible. Thank you so much – your support is really important to us! Any contribution is more than welcome as every dollar counts.

“Yoga will help young people to find their own path and give them enough confidence to go their own way in life. No matter what way that might be. I just want them to be happy with themselves in whatever state or situation they are.” – Daniel Sigrist (Founder of Alduna)

“The concept of being here and now, forgetting the past and not worrying about the future is essential in young kids and my goal is to help them cultivate this principle.” – Alina Matis (Yoga Teacher)

“I would like the young people to discover something at the core of their being that’s beyond what their friends think of them, beyond social media, beyond what the world tells them they should do, look like or feel.” – Serge Berliawsky (Founder of Shivakali Yoga)

“Yoga really gives you a sense of knowing, even when you don’t understand what is going on in the world around you. When everything gets crazy, you can just turn your mind inwards, find that sense of calm and then almost instantaneously you know how to deal with the situation.” – Hayley Wenn (Lead Yoga Teacher at Alduna)

“I want to bring the yogic values and ideals to teenagers early in their lives so that they can develop a sense of self and a self-love and self-respect which can be extended to their environment.” – Sunny (Yoga Teacher at Sunny Days)

“Yoga has made me stronger, both physically and mentally. It taught me to be my own best friend, to respect my body and to believe in myself. Yoga is my go-to recipe whenever I feel down, tired or lost and it never fails me.” – Christina Hottinger (Founder of Yoga Lab Zurich)

“Yoga can also help you to achieve lots of things in any other aspect of your life, in sports or any other thing you are trying to achieve because yoga gives you more self-consciousness.” – Felipe Pinto (Founder of FRF Brothers Workout)

“Yoga is self-realization. That means that we can grow and we can transform. The purpose is that we get to know us better, we learn and we understand the whole universe better.” – Melanie Stalder (Founder of ShantiShanti)
