FREE YOGA CLASSES IN SCHOOLS FOR YOUR STUDENTS

With yoga in schools, we aim to support the holistic development of your students. We hope them to grow personally, socially and professionally through yoga practice. We give your students access to yoga by connecting you with professional yoga teachers of your community and providing online resources.

YOGA CLASSES IN YOUR SCHOOL

We offer you an opportunity to give your students an introduction to yoga – for free in your school. There are many benefits that come with practicing yoga regularly for example stress relief, increased focus and attention span. We connect you with professional yoga teachers in your area who love to share their teachings and give back to their community. Yoga classes take place in your sports lesssons or extracurricular hours.

ONLINE YOGA CLASSES

We also provide yoga classes online in our resources section. You will find yoga teaching material such as video blogs, articles and much more there. Our yoga teachers are passionate about their practice and philosophy. They are more than willing to share their knowledge about yoga with your students. All you have to do is draw the attention of your students to our self-learning section.

YOGA IN SCHOOLS - HOW DOES IT WORK?

If you want to receive free yoga classes for your students – all you have to do is getting in touch with us and we are going to reach out to a yoga teacher in your area. And if you already know a yoga teacher who would love to join our association and provide yoga in your school – just let us know in our contact form and we will contact that person. The yoga classes will take place in the sports lessons at your school because this feels already safe for your students. Note: You can also optional pay for yoga classes as a school so that you finance them somewhere else – where they are not able to afford classes for their students. We really appreciate your support.
